Kristi Beugen is the founder of Body-Trick — a mother of four competitive athletes, a beauty professional, and a proud alumna of the MN Vikings Cheerleaders. Her personal and professional journey has shaped a brand built on trust, performance, and care.

Her Passions

Kristi's faith is her foundation. She believes God created perfect bodies with the power to naturally recover, and that belief drives everything she creates. She's passionate about helping active families care for their bodies naturally, so kids and parents alike can feel strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Why Body-Trick

As Kristi's concern about toxins and harsh chemicals in everyday products grew, it became impossible to ignore. Navigating allergies, injuries, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety showed her she needed solutions that were not only safe, but clean and effective. That search led her organically into the world of naturally derived ingredients and powerful essential oils — and Body-Trick was born, with one simple mission: restore balance and wellness. As she puts it, "no icks in our tricks."
